The concept of bringing together seemingly opposite worlds began as an idea by Miloš Ivić, which our architect, Nikola Živković, brought to life. By transforming an old building that once housed a bakery into a modern restaurant, Nikola quite literally managed to bring heaven and earth together. The fusion of tradition and innovation, local and international influences, indulgence and sophistication is what truly defines our restaurant — a philosophy reflected in every detail.

We have made every effort to preserve authenticity at every step. Every detail of the restaurant has been thoughtfully designed and tells its own story. The original wooden beams from the former bakery can still be found on our walls, blending seamlessly with the modern style and inviting atmosphere. It is precisely this unique combination of preserving tradition while transforming it into something entirely different that embodies the philosophy of Nebo i Zemlja.
