At the right coast of the Sava river, in Makis, between the old Obrenovac road and the river, there is a place you will not be able to resist called "Čarda Savski Raj".

If you are looking for some peace and quiet, lots of fresh air, a good meal and a drink, this is the place where you will find all of that and much more. Easily accessible through a waterway, either with a boat, jet ski, or a yacht that can be easily tied to our docks. Or if you are more comfortable traveling by a car, there is a big parking lot provided. The bus stop is not far away either, about a 100 meters away from the venue.

"Savski Raj" has been in this same place for a long time. A lot of people remember our beginnings in the 70s. Back then, people enjoyed the chowder from the cauldron and stew. There were lots of domestic wines and rakijas, and all that completed with some great music performances. As the time went by, more and more friends gathered everyday by the river, and we wanted to offer this kind of pleasure to more people. We have come so far, that the third generation of the Plavšić family is coming to age, and "Savski Raj" is continuing the restaurant tradition of great food, wines and rakijas.

About 10 kilometers from the confluence of Sava and Danube, "Savski Raj" has cats its anchors and it is here to stay. Fish chowder and stew are still a part of our traditional menu. There are also all sorts of river fish, and traditional Serbian cuisine dishes offered. At this moment you can choose from 100 different Serbian wines and around 30 kids of rakija. On Fridays and Saturdays we have a live band performance. We also organize all sort of private events for up to 100 guests.
